Girl Scout Shops
Girl Scout merchandise may be available at local events, trainings and council meetings through the traveling mini-shop. To request the traveling mini-shop at an upcoming event, contact the shop associate at a Girl Scout Shop nearest you. Girl Scout camp merchandise is available at the camp Trading Post during summer resident camps.

Ways to Shop
You can shop at any of the six Girl Scout Shop locations in person, shop by phone, fax, e-mail, mail, mobile market (traveling mini shop) or camp trading posts!
To place an order, contact the shop associate at a Girl Scout Shop nearest you or contact us.
Catalog
A new catalog is mailed from GSUSA every July. Please be sure that you are ordering from the most current catalog as items and prices can change. To request a new catalog, please contact your local Girl Scout Shop.
Payment
Payment may be made in the form of cash, checks (payable to GSEIWI), money orders, credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express), program credit and Girl Scout gift certificates.

Girl Scout Shop Policies
Hold Policy
- We will gladly hold any items for up to two (2) weeks, after that time all non-purchased items will be
returned to store stock.
Return/Exchange Policy
- Return/Exchanges are accepted ONLY with a receipt and must be completed within 90 days of
purchase date.
- Items being returned/exchanged must in the same condition as when purchased.
- All sales are final on discontinued and/or discounted merchandise.
- A refund in an amount up to $20 may be given in cash.
- A refund in an amount more than $20 will have a check sent in the mail (allow three weeks) or in-store
credit can be issued.
- Payment by credit card will receive ‘credit’ to your credit card or in-store credit slip.
- Items purchased with Cookie Program Credit, Camp Credit, Juliette Bucks, Gift Certificates and/or Store
Credits are only available for exchange.
