The Fall Sale Program is a great way for troops to earn additional funds to help support troop activities, purchase supplies and materials and participate in Girl Scout events. We are proud to offer troops 25% profit on all sales they make - this is one of the highest percentages offered by any Girl Scout council in the country!
The 2011 Fall Sale Program will run from November 1 - November 14. Girls will begin taking orders on November 1 and will deliver in early December. The Fall Sale Program not only provides an opportunity for troops to earn money for the beginning of the year, it is also an important learning opportunity. While participating in the Fall Sale Program, girls will set and achieve goals, improve their financial literacy, and learn about teamwork through activities based on this year's theme Investing in Today = Success for Tomorrow.
The sale offers high-quality nut and chocolate products from Ashdon Farms and magazine and book selections from QSP. Information on the Fall Sale Program will be coming out through your Service Unit Product Manager. If you have any questions, please call your Service Unit Product Manager or contact Shawna Purdum, Product Sales Coordinator at ShawnaP@GSEIWI.org or call 319.752.3639 x435.
