Camp Properties
Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa & Western Illinois owns and maintains four camp properties. Did you know that, as a Girl Scout, you have access to several great camp properties within your council? We have four camps, each located in a part of the council that invites you to explore Iowa's natural beauty. At least one of the camps is less than 100 miles from where you are. If you can find Decorah, Dubuque, Davenport or Burlington, you can find a camp! Each camp boasts its own assets for you to enjoy!
Our camps are unique and all of them offer the usual Girl Scout lodging facilities. We “strive to meet the high standards set forth by the American Camp Association.” Housing ranges from modern lodges and cabins to primitive Adirondack shelters, platform tents, huts and tree houses. Wooded grounds and flowing meadows are connected by walking trails and access roads. Farm ponds and a small lake can be found, too! Native prairie re-establishment projects and tree plantations invite you to explore the grounds.

Year-Round Troop Camping
Troop camping is available in spring, fall and winter at all camp properties. Additional specialized activities are available as listed below; restrictions may apply.
