  2. Select a registration type to access the appropriate calendar.
  3. Locate the specific event/training for which you would like to register. Events/trainings in the current month are shown by default. To choose another month, use the <Prev> and <Next> buttons or select the month and year from the dropdown menu and click the “Go” button to refresh the screen.
  4. Refer to the legend in the upper left corner for information regarding the color coding system used to indicate registration status.
  5. Click on the title of the event/training for which you would like to register.
  6. If prompted, select a registration form type to access the appropriate registration form. If Program Aides are not accepted at the chosen program event, a notice will appear.
  7. Complete the registration form, using the Tab key to move between fields.
    • All fields must have characters in them; use “None” if there is no e-mail address, etc. Use full names (not nicknames) and only one name per field. Do not use autofill.
    • Troop numbers must be five digits; the first digit is always “0”. Juliette Girl Scouts should use “00000” as their troop number.
    • Be sure to indicate any special needs. Check “Other” and list any dietary restrictions and allergies.
    • Please list all adult names on the registration form, even if there is no fee for adults. All troops/groups must meet the girl/adult ratios for program events as listed in Safety-Wise. Unless otherwise indicated, individual girls should be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
  8. Complete the payment information, using the Tab key to move between fields.
    • Full payment must be made by Mastercard or Visa at the time of online registration. Do not use any dashes or spaces between the numbers. Your credit card will be charged at the time of registration, even if you are placed on a waiting list.
