Program Assistants
Seeking part-time program assistants to provide program to multi-age level groups in an after-school atmosphere. Candidates must possess skills in: working with children, organization, creativity, leadership, conflict resolution, implementing a fun program and providing learning experience to the girls.
This position is 5-10 hours per week and located at the Cedar Rapids Area Girl Scout Service Center, Dubuque Area Girl Scout Service Center, Quad Cities Area Girl Scout Service Center and the Waterloo Area Girl Scout Service Center. Candidates are to submit cover letter and resume to:

Part-Time Summer Fun Coordinator
Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa & Western Illinois is seeking an energetic person to work as a Summer Fun Coordinator. The Summer Fun Coordinator will develop and implement lesson plans, program curriculum, and recreation program that meet the needs and interests of youths. The Coordinator is overall responsible for the supervision and guidance of the Outreach Program Assistant, volunteers, and youths participating in order to maintain a quality program. In addition, the Coordinator will coordinate and facilitate program delivery of activities both on campus daily at the Outreach sites and off-campus. EEO/Drug Free

- Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Times vary depending on location.
- Starting $7.25/hour to $8.25/hour.
- Minimum qualifications include ability to pass background check and child abuse registry check, proof of meeting Iowa State requirements regarding auto licensing, and participate in required Girl Scouts training.

Part-Time Summer Fun Outreach Assistants
Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa & Western Illinois is seeking an enthusiastic person to work as a Summer Fun Coordinator. We currently have 8 available positions to work with girls between the ages of 5-17 in which our mission is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character. The Outreach Assistants are responsible for assisting in planning and implementing weekly program activities and assist in keeping accurate documentation of attendance of participants. EEO/Drug Free
