Business Operations Department

The Business Operations Department handles the day-to-day operations/customer support for the council offices. The council registrar team processes the membership registrations, assigns new troop numbers, assists with changes in membership information, and provides E-Council support. The council registrar team also processes program, recruitment event and resident camp registrations. The shop sales team helps customers with their shop selections and questions, keeps inventory up-to-date, and handles the mobile markets. The production team handles the in-house production and bulk mail needs for the council.

Can I buy Girl Scout uniforms, books, badges, or other items locally?

• Yes! Visit your local Girl Scout Shop located at each service center. All shop purchases made support Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa & Western Illinois. Shop orders are accepted in person at a shop, traveling mini-shop, camp trading post or by mail, fax, phone or e-mail. To place an order, contact the shop associate at a Girl Scout Shop nearest you.
